Установка Docker на сервер Ubuntu 24.04

Инструкция по установке и настройка Docker на чистую машину под управлением Ubuntu 24.04.

Настраиваем репозиторий Docker

Устанавливаем зависимости:

sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install ca-certificates curl
sudo install -m 0755 -d /etc/apt/keyrings
sudo curl -fsSL https://download.docker.com/linux/ubuntu/gpg -o /etc/apt/keyrings/docker.asc
sudo chmod a+r /etc/apt/keyrings/docker.asc

Добавляем репозиторий:

echo \
  "deb [arch=$(dpkg --print-architecture) signed-by=/etc/apt/keyrings/docker.asc] https://download.docker.com/linux/ubuntu \
  $(. /etc/os-release && echo "${UBUNTU_CODENAME:-$VERSION_CODENAME}") stable" | \
  sudo tee /etc/apt/sources.list.d/docker.list > /dev/null

Обновляем:

sudo apt-get update

Установливаем пакеты Docker.

sudo apt-get install docker-ce docker-ce-cli containerd.io docker-buildx-plugin docker-compose-plugin

Убедитесь, что установка прошла успешно:

sudo docker run hello-world

Даем права пользователю, от которого устанавливали Docker

Добавляем группу

sudo groupadd docker

Добавляем пользователя в группу

sudo usermod -aG docker $USER

Делаем logout и снова заходим, проверяем:

docker ps

Должен показать:

dm@serv1:~$ docker ps
CONTAINER ID IMAGE COMMAND CREATED STATUS PORTS NAMES

и запустим

docker run hello-world

Если ответ следующий:

dm@serv1:~$ docker run hello-world

Hello from Docker!

 1. The Docker client contacted the Docker daemon.
 2. The Docker daemon pulled the "hello-world" image from the Docker Hub.
